The reports being confidential and customized are not subject to refund after they have been dispatched or electronically delivered. However, post-dispatch or electronically delivery, any refund/ additional requirement requests, can be discussed and decided at the sole discretion of Applied Researches.

Applied Researches does not accept any return of reports post-delivery (print or electronic copy whatsoever)
